My Story

Curiosity has always been my compass.

My journey hasn't been a straight line. I’ve seen security from both sides of the terminal, an experience that taught me hard lessons but ultimately gave me clarity: knowledge is for building and protecting, not breaking. My past shaped my conviction that to build the strongest defense, you must deeply understand the offense.

It started with a spark of curiosity—the kind you get from reading books like Artemis Fowl at age nine, realizing that the world is full of complex systems waiting to be understood. This led me to a love for the elegant simplicity of Unix and the directness of languages like Go and C. I read RFCs and compliance documents with the same focus, seeing them not as dry rules, but as blueprints for creating order and security.

Today, I apply that same deep-dive mentality to my work. Whether I’m reverse engineering firmware, analyzing a proprietary protocol, or mapping security controls to frameworks like NIST CSF, OWASP ASVS, and ISO 27001, my goal is the same: to understand a system so completely that I can help make it resilient, secure, and trustworthy.
